Shipping Policy

Please check your email for order conformation and for current production time. Once your product is made - Custom Orders normally takes 2-3 weeks in transit depending on where you are located in the US. If you would like your order expedited, please email me and we will work through the details.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to Tracey Ambrose W.R.A.P. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. However, since all our items are hand crocheted and wearable - we do not accept returns or offer refunds. As each and every item is handmade with love, we do not accept returns, unless the item(s) was/were misrepresented.
